We only use gold of guaranteed, highest purity from the Argor-Heraeus refinery. Every subsequent stage is based on this purity.
Forming the gold strip
It took us 7 years to develop this method. From a solid 500g bar, in a multi-day process, we create a perfectly smooth strip less than 1mm thick.
Multi-stage polishing to a mirror finish
With microscopic precision, we remove every imperfection until we achieve a perfectly smooth surface.
Cutting and engraving using laser technology
